“The McDonald’s LPGA Championship
has become a special event that combines our
extraordinary fascination with the game of golf and
being able to enthusiastically circle this date
every year on our calendar. But what makes the
Championship unique is that our efforts and all
proceeds benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Through our involvement we are able to help raise
funds to improve the lives of children and their
families less fortunate than we are.
The Coca-Cola Company has been part of the
McDonald’s LPGA Championship since it was founded in
1981 when Herb Lotman and Frank Quinn had a vision
that the McDonald’s system could deliver a first
class golf fundraising event. Little did they know
then that their dream would become one of
professional golf’s most prestigious tournaments,
hosting the top women golfers from around the world
while at the same time raising over $46 million for
Ronald McDonald House Charities. We admire all that
this event has accomplished and we salute the staff
and volunteers that have helped to make it happen
for the past 28 years. We remain truly in awe of the
partnerships, friendships and the power of
McDonald’s “3 Legged Stool” all working together to
achieve such an exemplary goal.”

“The truth is the tour players are exciting to
watch, possess amazing skills and they make the
annual rite of spring something we all look forward
to very much. The ladies on the tour are fabulous
ambassadors, patient teachers, and overall lots and
lots of fun. The
tournament is run like a Swiss watch, but it’s run
by people that have fun doing a labor of love that
probably takes them all year to recover from. The
sad truth is no matter what happens next it’ll never
be the same.”

“The McDonald’s LPGA Championship is an event we
look forward to every year. It is a unique
opportunity to spend time with many friends from
across the McDonald’s system, support our favorite
charity, and play golf with a great group of
athletes from the LPGA. The event is always
extremely well managed, with everything from the
golf course to the volunteers being first class. We
would not miss it.”

“As a long standing sponsor of the McDonald’s LPGA
Championship, we have seen a local tournament grow
into a major championship in women’s golf and a
single Ronald McDonald House evolve into the RMHC, a
Global Charity with chapters in 51 countries and 281
Ronald McDonald Houses in 30 countries. Schreiber
Foods is proud of our affiliation with one of the
premier events in golf. To the thousands of
volunteers, LPGA participants, tournament staff and
RMHC thank you for making a difference in the lives
of thousands of young people throughout the world.”

“I will remember it as a well organized, enjoyable
event that supported a great cause. It will be
missed but the fond memories will last.”

“Our company has supported the McDonald’s LPGA
Championship since its inception as the McDonald’s
Kids’ Classic in 1981. We have continued to be
involved in the tournament because of the great work
that is done by Ronald McDonald House Charities. The
tournament staff has done a remarkable job over the
years building it into a world-class tournament with
great sponsorship opportunities. The most gratifying
part about being a sponsor of the McDonald’s LPGA
Championship, is that you know all the proceeds go
to help kids everywhere.”

“Thank you for allowing us to help you make a
difference in the lives of the families and children
assisted by Ronald McDonald House Charities. The
memories and friendships we developed over the years
through our association with the McDonald’s LPGA
Championship will be cherished forever.”

“The Ford Motor Company is proud to be associated
with the McDonald’s LPGA Championship. It is truly
one of the highlights of the year to come together
and meet with the family of suppliers in the
McDonald’s system while at the same time raising
monies for a great charity, Ronald McDonald House
Charities! We will miss
our affiliation with the Championship, its board of
directors, staff and the wonderful volunteers, but
will forever hold onto the great memories!"

“Each year the event has become bigger
and better. Herb, Frank and Chris, along with
their team of professionals and volunteers,
have to be congratulated
for the wonderful job they have done over the last
28 years in running a first class tournament which
has raised millions of dollars for the children who
benefit from the Ronald McDonald House Charities."

“As a member of the McDonald’s Family and a
supporter of “Ronald McDonald House Charities”, our
business could not find a better way to support this
wonderful organization. The ability to interact with
McDonald’s Leadership, key members of the supplier
community, in a first class venue, with partners
from the LPGA, this is an event that Havi Global
Solutions looks forward to every year. But the best
part is the impact that this tournament has had on
the lives of children everywhere. It doesn’t get any
better than that!"

“Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products ONLY reason for
continually supporting this event and RMHC starts
with and ends with the kids and their families. We
are blessed to be able to support such a wonderfully
run event from the event coordination, to the
volunteers that keep us all moving, to the
spectacular golf courses and, of course, to the
great women golfers who all give up their time to
make our visit memorable year after year after
year!"

“ARC International has been supporting the McDonalds
LPGA Championship for close to 10 years. We feel
that this is our way to give back to McDonald’s for
their continued support of ARC as a supplier. The
event itself is very enjoyable and we have found
that the treatment given to the sponsors is
outstanding and is probably why so many of the
sponsors have continued with their support year in
and year out. We wish to congratulate McDonald’s
Corporation, the LPGA, and all of the other sponsors
who have supported this ongoing successful event for
Ronald McDonald House Charities."
